**Returns & Refund Policy – Tech Store KZN**

At Tech Store KZN, we are committed to delivering quality products. Due to the nature of our inventory, the following strict returns policy applies:

### **1. No Returns on Spare Parts**

All **spare parts and components** are **final sale** and **non-returnable**, including but not limited to:

* Internal hardware components
* Replacement parts
* Electronic modules and accessories

Please ensure compatibility and correctness before purchasing. We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

### **2. No Returns on Consumables**

All **consumable items** are **final sale** and **non-returnable**, including but not limited to:

* Printer ink and toner
* Batteries
* Thermal paste, cleaning kits, and similar maintenance products

These items are subject to wear, usage, or degradation once opened and cannot be resold.

### **3. Return Eligibility (Non–Spare Part & Non-Consumable Items Only)**

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

* Item is defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect
* Return request is submitted within **7 days of delivery**
* Item is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included

We reserve the right to **inspect and reject** any returned item that does not meet these conditions.

### **4. Mandatory 30% Handling Fee**

All approved returns are subject to a **non-negotiable 30% handling/restocking fee**, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers:

* Inspection and testing
* Repackaging
* Administrative and processing costs

### **5. Refund Method**

* Refunds are processed via the **original payment method only**
* Shipping fees are **non-refundable**
* Processing time: **5–10 business days** after approval

### **6. Non-Returnable Items**

In addition to spare parts and consumables, the following are strictly non-returnable:

* Opened software or digital products
* Clearance or sale items
* Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation

### **7. Return Shipping**

* Customers are responsible for **return shipping costs**
* We recommend using a **trackable shipping service**
* Tech Store KZN is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments

### **8. Abuse of Policy**

We reserve the right to:

* Refuse returns that show signs of abuse or fraud
* Limit or deny future transactions from customers who exploit the policy

### **9. Agreement to Terms**
